Our Story

Built from a bold

In 2020, Dusabumuremyi Innocent founded DTL Solutions with a single conviction: that Rwandan businesses deserved world-class technology — locally built, locally supported, and deeply understood.

Starting from a small office in Kigali, Innocent assembled a team of driven engineers, trainers, and technologists. What began as a security systems provider quickly evolved into a full-spectrum technology company serving hundreds of clients across Rwanda.
